President Sirisena tells SC he followed due process

Former President Maithripala Sirisena, through his lawyer today, informed the Supreme Court that he had followed due process and had always acted reasonably when granting the Presidential pardon to Royal Park murder convict Don Shramantha Jude Anthony Jayamaha.
