Police arrest man who handed note on bomb attack on SJB rally

The Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) has arrested a man who has given a note on a piece of paper to the security deployed at the Opposition Leader’s office mentioning about a bomb attack on Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) rally in Colombo.
