Kinniya ferry tragedy: MP's house came under attack

The residence of Sri Lanka Muslim Congress MP M. S. Thowfeek in Kinniya has been attacked by a group of residents following the ferry mishap in which six were drowned.

Qatar Police interrogate main suspect - CID informs court

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) today informed the Colombo Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake through a B-report that Qatari police is interrogating the main suspect of the terrorist network in Sri Lanka which had maintained direct relations with the ISIS.
