Suspect tells Magistrate he was tortured to implicate Hejaaz Hizbullah

The Coordinator of Save the Pearls organization Mohamed Sulthan has informed the Fort Magistrate’s Court that he was tortured in order to implicate Attorney-at-law Hejaaz Hizbullah.
