SC determines certain sections of Port City Bill inconsistent with Constitution: Speaker

The Supreme Court has determined that certain sections of the Port City Economic Commission Bill is inconsistent with the Constitution, Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardhane announced a short while ago.
