Ranjan’s seat in Parliament vacant: AG advises Parliament Secretary General

Attorney General Dappula de Livera has advised Secretary General of Parliament Dhammika Dasanayake that Ranjan Ramanayake’s seat in parliament has become vacant following his conviction and sentence for Contempt of Court, AG’s Coordinating Officer said.
