MCC Compact inconsistent with Constitution: AG informs President’s Secretary

Attorney General Dappula de Livera has advised the Secretary to the President that the MCC Compact & Programme Implementation Agreement & articles of Association of MCA are inconsistent with written laws and the Constitution, AG’s Coordinating Officer said.
