‘Shangri-la Hotel suicide bomber was the coolest one among others’

Out of all the suicide bombers who blasted themselves,ilham Ahmed Ibrahim,the second suicide bomber of Shangri-la-hotel had the calmest mindset during the blast,observing the CCTV footages Senior Consultant Psychiatrist Dr.neil Fernando yesterday informed the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PCOI) probing Easter Sunday attacks.
