EU updates list of countries allowed entry: SL not included

The European Union (EU) has updated the list of countries for which its member states should gradually lift travel restrictions at the external borders, but Sri Lanka has not yet been included in the list.

Qatar Police interrogate main suspect - CID informs court

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) today informed the Colombo Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake through a B-report that Qatari police is interrogating the main suspect of the terrorist network in Sri Lanka which had maintained direct relations with the ISIS.
