Aranthalawa massacre: Injured monk seeks action against living terrorists

A Buddhist monk who sustained critical injuries following the Aranthalawa Massacre filed a Fundamental Rights petition in the Supreme Court seeking an order to prosecute any living terrorist involved in the massacre.
