No one involved in the bond scam would be penalised despite the disclosures in the forensic audit report as Perpetual Treasuries Chief Arjun Aloysius and former Central Bank Governor Arjuna Mahendran were good friends of seniors of the main parties, Member of Parliament Hirunika Premachandra said today.
