Emergency Cabinet meeting summoned by Prez: PM

It was President Maithripala Sirisena who wanted to summon an emergency Cabinet meeting last Thursday to discuss the abolition of executive presidency, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said yesterday.
